Southern with a French Twist
After years in the corporate world, I realized I was craving more connection, more meaning, and more moments that felt real. So I left my career in tech, graduated with highest honors from the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts, and built Southern with a French Twist to help others find what I was seeking: space to gather, savor, and truly be with the people we love.
Rooted in my Southern upbringing and shaped by my love for French culinary traditions, this work isn’t just about food, it’s about presence. I believe in candlelight and place cards, passed platters and quiet laughter. I believe that beauty invites us to slow down, and that a shared meal can turn strangers into family.
Today, I’m honored to bring that kind of hospitality to private homes, retreats, ranches, and private jets throughout Austin and the Texas Hill Country. Whether it’s an anniversary dinner, a client retreat, or a girls’ weekend in the Hill Country, my goal is always the same: to take the weight off your shoulders as the host and create space for something unforgettable.
I’ve always believed the table is one of the last sacred spaces we have, a place where we slow down, share stories, &
remember what really matters.
