Our founder, Chef Ashley, is professionally trained in classical French technique, and every member of our culinary team brings that same level of precision, passion, and creativity to the table. From prep to cleanup, our team handles every detail so you can be present, relaxed, and fully immersed in the moment.

Hi, I’m Ashley Casebier Olson—founder of Southern with a French Twist, and the heart behind every gathering we create.
I didn’t start my career in the kitchen. For years, I worked in the corporate world, but something was missing: connection, creativity, and the kind of joy that only comes from gathering people around a table. So I left my career in tech and enrolled in culinary school at Escoffier, graduating with highest honors and a heart full of bold plans.
I started this company with one mission: to help people slow down, savor the moment, and share meals that feel as memorable as they are meaningful.
My approach to food is deeply Southern—welcoming, abundant, and always made with care—but it’s layered with French technique and attention to detail. I believe food should be both comforting and elevated, just like the best gatherings: relaxed, but unforgettable.
Today, I’m proud to lead a team of incredible professionals who bring that same intention to every dish and detail. Whether I’m in your kitchen personally or curating behind the scenes, I’m deeply invested in creating a culinary experience you’ll never forget.
I’ve always believed the table is one of the last sacred spaces we have, a place where we slow down, share stories, &
