For your convenience, we’ve included an order form at the end of this page. If you need to contact us via email you can do so at inflight@southernwithafrenchtwist.com.

We check our inflight inbox at 8:00am, 1:00pm, and 5:00pm CT daily. You’ll receive a response within one hour of the next check-in window, letting you know whether we’re able to fulfill your order. If confirmed, your order will be added to our schedule and a formal invoice will follow shortly.

We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for all inflight catering orders. This allows us to source premium ingredients, tailor your menu, and deliver with care. While we will always do our best to accommodate shorter timelines, availability cannot be guaranteed especially during peak demand (weekends, SXSW, ACL, F1, holidays, and UT home games).

Our inflight menu includes chef-crafted breakfasts, grazing boards, appetizers, soups, salads, sandwiches, entrées, desserts, and kid-friendly options — all prepared with intention, style, and seasonal ingredients. Absolutely. We are proud to create inclusive meals for your guests, including gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, and other specialty diets. Just let us know your needs when placing your order.

Yes. Every item is professionally packaged for easy service and travel. Meals are labeled clearly, arrive with plating instructions if needed, and are designed to be elegant, practical, and ready for service at altitude.

We currently deliver to FBOs in Austin, San Marcos, and New Braunfels, Texas. Deliveries outside this area may be accommodated with advance approval — just contact us directly.

Deliveries are scheduled for one hour before your requested delivery window to ensure ample buffer time. All meals are delivered by trained staff who understand the pace and discretion of private aviation. We’ll request your FBO name and tail number in advance to ensure a smooth handoff at the terminal.

Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a secure digital invoice within 24 hours. Payment is required to finalize the order, and due to ingredient sourcing and scheduling, orders become non-refundable once paid. Any changes must be made at least 48 hours prior to delivery; we’ll do our best to accommodate later changes when possible.

If we’re at capacity and unable to accept your order, we’ll let you know within 60 minutes of your request being reviewed. We never take saying no lightly, but protecting the quality of our service and the integrity of your experience is always our top priority.

We Deliver to Your FBO
Fresh, beautifully packaged, and ready for takeoff.
Our pricing structure includes a chef’s fee in addition to the cost of groceries and necessary supplies. The chef’s fee accounts for the full scope of service—from order intake to sourcing ingredients to thoughtful preparation and seamless menu execution. All orders are presented on premium serveware, in oven- and microwave-safe containers, or plastic bags and deli containers, ensuring both elegance and ease when it’s time to serve.
