Chef Ashley executed the most delicious menu balancing flavor and indulgence over four courses that I’ll simply never forget. I am still thinking about the jalapeño bacon cheese polenta! I’d also like to highlight the details she thought of outside of the food as she placed menus for each guest, had conversation cards making us laugh (and almost cry!), and engaged with all of us!
